CANCELLATION POLICY

My cancellation policy requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a charge of the full session rate. Thank you for your understanding

Insurance coverage

Psychotherapy services are not covered by OHIP. However, many insurance plans provide coverage for psychotherapy. Please verify with your insurance provider regarding coverage for Registered Psychotherapist services. Your receipt will include all required insurance details.

Payment

Payments can be made by eTransfer to therapy@julieanneghaznavi.com prior to your session. Cash is also accepted.
