about me
Burnout can make you feel invisible, even when everyone around you relies on you. You may be exhausted, juggling responsibilities at work and at home, and questioning how much longer you can keep going without losing yourself.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 20 years working as an engineer in Canada and the United States. I know what it is like to hold big responsibilities, to be expected to stay composed, and to push through even when you are drained. That experience gives me insight into the pressure and inner conflict people carry in high-demand roles and caregiving situations.
I offer a space where you can make sense of the stress you live with every day. We look at the patterns, expectations, and fears that influence how you show up and explore ways to regain a sense of control and confidence in your choices. Therapy is about helping you understand yourself, feel steadier, and reclaim energy that has been depleted.
Having lived between cultures myself, I understand what it is like to carry multiple roles and navigate expectations that are not always visible to others. My approach blends empathy, curiosity, and practical insight, helping you untangle the challenges you face and find ways to restore balance.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist licensed in Ontario, and I follow professional standards to provide safe, confidential care.
I offer in-person sessions in Erin, Ontario, and online across the province. You can email or call to ask questions or book a session, and I respond within 24 hours.
