CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge the full session fee for cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice.

Appointments and Scheduling

I am available by appointment for sessions of 60 or 90 minutes. Psychodynamic psychotherapy is most effective when sessions are held on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.

Between sessions, I can be reached by email at therapy@julieanneghaznavi.com. I return messages within 24 hours.

Please send me an email if you are running late for an appointment.

Insurance coverage

Psychotherapy services are not covered by OHIP. However, many insurance plans provide coverage for psychotherapy. Please verify with your insurance provider regarding coverage for Registered Psychotherapist services. Your receipt will include all required insurance details. As an approved WSIB provider I can support clients whose WSIB claims include coverage for psychotherapy.

Payment

Payments can be made by eTransfer to therapy@julieanneghaznavi.com prior to your session. Cash is also accepted.

Fees

My fees as a Registered Psychotherapist are:

Individual 60-minute session…….$200

Couples 60-minute session………..$225

Extended sessions are available at the prorated rate. If my standard fee is a barrier, I have limited availability for sessions at a reduced fee. Please inquire about availability for reduced fee sessions prior to beginning therapy.
